1.1 Preparation

1.2 Installation Steps
Step 1: Install the base frame of the KSD-98HLJ stone splitting machine in the designated location. Ensure it is level and stable. You can use a spirit level to adjust it.
Step 2: Install the electric control system and connect it to the power supply. Ensure the power supply matches the machine’s rated voltage, and the cables and plugs are securely connected.
Step 3: Connect the hydraulic system and check the oil level. The hydraulic oil should meet the manufacturer's recommended standards.
Step 4: Install the workbench and roller system of the machine. Check that the rollers operate smoothly and ensure there are no obstructions.

Electrical system inspection: Check wiring regularly for loose, exposed, or damaged parts. Run system diagnostics periodically to ensure normal operation.
Issue 1: The equipment won't start
Fix: Verify power connection, fuses, and voltage stability to ensure a consistent power supply.
